Wonderful Product

Love that I can either wifi or ethernet this model. He privacy headphones are a plus, letting me watch TV while others sleep. I'm in my 60s and the set up was so simple, anyone can do it.

I upgraded to the Roku Ultra from the Roku Express and I'm so happy I did. I LOVE the faster/more reliable ethernet connection to the internet, the fact that I can use the volume and on/off function with the Roku control and that I use the earbud/headphone jack on the remote all the time. It's also AWESOME that the remote is chargeable. Best buy this year!!

Awesome NEW Roku Ultra!

This is my 3rd Roku device. I got the Ultra as a gift, I also have the 1st old ultra with games and a Roku Stick and they are still working properly and reliably. I travel a lot and it goes with me all the time. I have had the firestick but that was replaced 3 times and has been nothing but trouble. I hate the firestick now. Roku is problem-free and a great device to have. Would buy it again in a heartbeat. Roku is the best device PEROID.

I have two of the older models, and two of the sticks, and now two TVs with Roku already installed. The Ultra is an excellent product, that I am glad I purchased.

Impressed and happy with our Ultra

I purchased the Ultra to upgrade from our old Roku Express that was about 8 years old and was having functionality issues (running too slowly, booting us off of apps for no reason). The Ultra was a great upgrade--everything loads super fast comparatively, and it supports channels that our old Express did not, like Peacock. The voice command is nice for entering passwords etc. but we also aren't too lazy to press buttons to navigate where we need... The headphones are a nice option, though I'm not 100% sure how much we will use them. Nice to have in case one of us wants to sleep while the other watches a show. I like that the remote can control the volume and power of the TV, and is rechargeable too--no more replacing batteries. All in all, we are super happy with our upgrade to the Ultra. No complaints.

Big improvement over my older Roku 3

I have an older Roku 3 and although it still works well I figured it was time to upgrade it. The Ultra is very noticeably faster and the ability to control the TV with the remote is a great improvement.

I have used Roku for several years and love the Roku Ultra device and the provided service! GREAT picture and sound! No time wasted buffering. VERY pleased! The BEST streaming service and device!
