I got it so I could watch my tv with wireless earbuds and they worked at first, but stopped working. We took our earbuds back because when they stopped working we assumed it was the earbuds, but I am not sure if Roku had something to do with not working too.

I love the fact that I don't need to keep changing batteries. I have so more options for using my Roku Ultra and it was so easy to install. You won't regret buying it. It's worth the money.

Good News & Bad News

I have 2 ROKU Ultras and 2 Sticks. 3 of them work great. BUT 1 of them is consistently not working.
I continually have to call ROKU. Some of ROKU’s technicians are good. BUT some of ROKU’s technicians are AWFUL!

I like that I can connect it via ethernet and not Wi-Fi. I also like that it doesn't get as hot as the smaller models.

Love my Ultra

I've used Ultras for years! Everything has streamed smoothly and I've not had any serious issues with any that I've owned. I do wish that I could turn off or at least dim the light on the front, it stays on even in rest mode so I have to put tape over the one in my bedroom.

Got a new LG ultra hd tv so thought we would replace our old roku for a newer one. Wow! Beautiful picture, easy setup and user friendly. Have used roku for many years. Will continue to use roku.

A much needed upgrade.

My old Roku was glitching and would freeze up from time to time and a couple of times I would try and mute my soundbar and it would trigger my Roku instead. Now that I have my Roku ultra I haven’t had any of those problems and it’s so nice to be able to turn my tv off with the Roku remote.
