The device itself is good but the Roku remote control is just terrible it never works properly.

Roku Ultra

We have 3 Roku devices in our home and I replaced the one in my bedroom with the Roku Ultra 2-3 months ago. I love it. It streams faster than the other Roku 4K devices I have and I will work on updating the other 2 devices.

The absolute best product since HD TV. I have 14 Rokus between two houses. i tell all my friends to get a Roku. i got rid of all of my expenses remotes . the Roku remote works better.

Didn’t need but bought it anyway

I was having trouble with my old Roku staying connected to the Internet. In fact, it wouldn’t even connect to the Internet. It would only connect via my iPhone. I thought the problem was my Roku when in fact it was my ISP. Long story short I bought the New Roku hooked it up and it wouldn’t connect either. come to find out it was my gateway. I had an extra TV that didn’t have a Roku and was not a smart TV so I hooked my old Roku up to it and now every TV in the house is either a smart TV or a TV with a Roku unit. Now I can watch all of my streaming subscriptions from any room in the house.
