Good, but needs some refining.

I'm going to give it a 4/5, with the only reason it doesn't get full marks being the fact that the streaming apps on the device occasionally just won't play video, it will be black. The only way to fix it is to restart the device in the system settings. But other than that it works well and I'm not regretting my purchase. I would recommend it to a friend.

I love this device.
For a senior citizen who wanted to cut the cord this device was easy to install.
Took a little while to get use to using, but love it now too.
Never going back to the big cable companies.

We switched from to Roku and its so much easier to use than cable. Also, the viewing choices are great and includes must have Live.

I love my Roku ultras. I now have three Roku devices. Two Ultras and one that is 11 years old.
The Roku channel is my main viewing in addition to apps for Tubi, Hoopila, and my local stations for news I hardly watch my cable TV, which I would ditch if my wife would let me.

I would have given a "5" star except for on-going problem with Apple TV. It frequently must be reloaded and the process is tedious. It must be reloaded using your phone and bar code. Will not accept info from remote. Otherwise a great device.
