Ultra is fast, delivery of pictures and sound is excellent. One thing I don't like is the volume control on the side of the remote. Hard to pick up without changing or muting sound.

I bought Roku to run certain apps that my Samsung TV would not run. I liked the Roku so much, that now I use it to run all my streaming apps.

Upgraded to new version

We had an older model of the Roku Ultra for many years. At some point it stopped switching to the proper input on it's own without intervention from the TV remote to switch inputs. It also seemed to move slower and "get stuck" more frequently. An upgrade to this current model resolved those issues. It was unfortunate to have to repurchase the same product to get the same level of functionality we used to have, but for convenience sake, it felt worth while to us. Hope this one isn't as "disposable" as the previous version.
