Great product and will be purchasing more Roku's to replace my cable boxes. One big irritant is there is no way for me on the live apps like Spectrum and Roku live a channel number directly. It takes forever to scroll through to a channel and there seams to be no way to speak into the remote a channel number. Hope there is a update to this in the future!

Hi Mark, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback! You can add the recent channels as favorites for the Roku channel to access them easily. Go to The Roku Channel (TRC) > select the channel > Press the star button of your remote > Add to favorites. For streaming channels, highlight the app, press the remote's star(*) button, and select favorites.
This is a new feature that makes finding new content easier than ever. It shows a feed called Continue Watching to jump back into your shows/movies, a Save List, and custom recommendations. Learn more about it here: https://www.roku.com/blog/what-to-watch.

I am glad that I purchased 2 differnt Roku Ultra units. I had dish network before and was paying 170 a month for it, 3 things that I didnt like about Dish, number 1 was the cost, number 2 was you couldnt just pick out say 25 channels and pay for the ones that you wanted to pay for you had to pay for 300 plus channels that you didnt care about, and number 3 was every time that a storm hit or come by you lost your reception, I had that more times than I care to mention. So far I like my Roku Ultras, I can get tons of free channels and can opt to pay for subscriptions of providers of my choice.

Still difficult to Navigate thru pprogramming.

It is OK when I finally get to programming that I want. But, it is difficult to get to where I want to go, It need work on easy access.

I was having issues with my Roku, picture kept dropping out. I ordered the newest model and no longer have the issues. I would highly recommend it.

We love Roku, but on occasion it does do weird, like it will be moving along just find but then suddenly it will skip backwards about 15 seconds than continue. Problem is, there is no way for me to tell if it's Roku or the service channel we're watching, so I gave Roku 5 stars. Picture quality is very good, but Roku needs to stop with Roku advertisements, I already have Roku I don't need to see ads about it.
