Cuts with ease

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cuts copper with ease. Attaches to drill with ease. Though it would be difficult changing between cutters but very easy. Only downfall is the attachment weighs more than the drill so it makes it front heavy.

Convenient for a novice plumber.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pipe cutter is kinda handy, I would consider myself a very nervous plumber but it did make coding a number of short pipe pieces quite easy.
It's a tool that may sit in my work chest and get a little dusty but it's nice to have when you need one.

My review of the Dewalt copper tubing cutter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Dewalt copper tubing cutter from the sampling community. I found that it was easy to install the unit on the drill driver. The first thing that had to be done, was put the clamp on the base of the tool, The clamp does not interfere with changing the battery. The rest of the installation was very simple. I like that the head can be turned and lock down in the position that you want. It cuts through copper tubing very quickly and effortlessly. It is easy to switch out the cutters between the 1/2 and the 3/4 Cutting heads. I will give this Dewalt tool a thumbs up.

No More Tired Hands

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I immediately used this product on a plumbing job. The installation process was simple and fast. The Cutter did add some weight to the compact drill, but it was worth it. It cut a 1/2" copper pipe clean in seconds. As a tradesman time is money. Increasing productivity is always a plus for anyone in the field. The Cutter is also perfect for those tight places where a hand pipe cutter can be difficult to use. It will give you a clean cut every time. If you are a plumber, this is the tool for you! No more tired hands or scratched knuckles when using hand cutters.

Cuts like a hot knife through butter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit skeptical at first thinking it was going to be to big and heavy to get into a lot of tight spaces but I was wrong. Once attached to an impact drill it is weighted very well and fits surprisingly well in some very tights spaces. When it comes to speed, this cuts like a hot knife through butter. I ran a comparison test cutting half in copper with a hand tool that took me about 11 seconds, the same cut with this was under 3 second ( and this is with starting and stopping the stopwatch). I am extremely impressed with this cutter and my hands are going to thank me in the long run, since I wont be getting the small cuts from manually cutting copper.
This attached to a drill with ease and without the need for any tools. This is a great feature because I don't have an extra drill to just leave this attached to, therefore the ease to attach or remove from my impact is awesome
Overall I am extremely happy with this cutter and will have many uses for this especially since it came with both the /2in and 3/4in cutting wheel.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Copper cutting attachment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The copper pipe cutting attachment works flawlessly. Instructions are very simple to follow. It also comes with 2 cutting wheels. Very durable feel to the unit. Very sturdy when attached to my impact gun and power stack battery. Would recommend.

Great speed needs a little work

They cut so fast i went from Milwaukee copper cutters to these dewalt attachments and difference is massive... but they did break pretty fast once i accidentally used it on a pipe that had a bit of solder running down but the close quarters comes in handy so i do not regret getting the tool at all

not very usefull

i bought this attachment 6 weeks ago and used it often today the 1/2" cutting wheel stopped working i had always problems with it.the 3/4" cutting wheel works fine. but it will be very helpfull it you can let me know where i can buy the 1" and the !/2" Cutting wheel.
