DONT BUY THIS GARBAGE

I bought 2 machines one for each house. Both broke. One wouldn’t dispense flavor and they sent me a new one. After a short few months again the left side is broken so I’m using one side. The other the cold water indicator stopped turning blue. They sent me other. That stopped working. They are constantly dropping flavors and my favorites are on back order for months. Buy a soda stream. I have one 5 years no problems. Someone should start a class action lawsuit against them, I’m think about it. Read reviews how negative they are.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I left a five star review a couple months ago. This machine itself has worked great. But the flavor pods is where my gripe is and it is extremely frustrating. They are all slowly becoming less and less available. It is like they are quietly discontinuing the product line. I don't care that I could buy some soda stream bottles. I didn't buy this unit for it to not dispense the flavorings into the drink for me. I want answers for this and I want it fixed.

I received my Ninja Thirsti as an early Christmas present, I Love it. When I ordered the Ninja Thirsti it did not come with the flavor drops sample box, :( I do not know if when I ordered the Ninja Thirsti if I did something wrong when ordering.? I have tried the flavors that the machine came with and I love Strawberry Kwi and Lemonade as a combo flavor. I am looking forward to trying out other flavors. And I appreciate the sale that Ninja had for this machine.. Thank you

Slow and flavors are not real good

Two issues with the Ninja Thirsti are that it is very slow to make the drinks and I can't find any flavors I like.

Love but keeps breaking.

I have bought two of these machines now. Both of them within a couple of months broke and are not dispensing flavoring anymore… I love this machine when it was working. Love the flavors and I stopped drinking soda because of it. However, this is an expensive machine to keep buying every couple of months. I saw they came out with a newer model. Hopefully they fixed these known issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
