Great When Working But Flawed Design

Bought a new unit in May of 2024 and by August I had to get a replacement because no matter which side I used for the flavor pods, nothing would work. Four months later and I'm running into the same issue. As great as this product is when it works, there's a legit design flaw. The syrup from the pods is getting sucked back into the lines and causing a blockage with the line that pushes air into the pod to distribute the syrup into the carbonated water. There's no point in getting a second replacement as I've found this happens more often than not. Great idea with some poor design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very nice concept, would like more common flavors like regular cola, orange, grape etc. Also maximum fizz is nowhere close to my sodastream. Find a way to increase fizz max and add regular sugared flavors otherwise nice machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lack of alerts.

Very good product and very functional, but it still needs features to improve, such as warning or blocking the process when the CO2 runs out completely or when the flavor runs out, otherwise no complaints.

Out of Stock all the time

I love the machine but no flavors are in stock.. ever. Not here, not at the store. I like the seltzer flavors and they are not available. They drop new, strong flavors but where the heck are the seltzers? My whole family loves Raspberry and it is gone. So yeah, I give it 1 star because what is the point if we can never find flavors. And those new strong flavors? Also barely available. I am sad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you hate artificial sweeteners, tough luck

I cannot enjoy this in anyway. I can taste artificial sweeteners, and there is no product in this line up I can enjoy. I don't know who in marketing thought that making ZERO sweetened version was a good idea, but you've limited this market. What a terrible decision.

Really Great Machine

I have had the Ninja Thirsti machine for about a month now and use it almost every day. Every flavor I have tried so far has been very good. I am looking for to trying them all. The “Ninja Thirsti” is helping me drink more water.
