Love this stuff

This is my go to charcoal. It's easy to judge how much heat I will get out of it. I love this stuff for long smokes on. Y weber kettle. You guys make bbq so easy.

I'm old school. I was cooking on a hibachi grille when I was 10 years old. I don't like the new Kingsford charcoal with the grooves. I think they were designed for impatient grillers. They light quickly in my chimney starter but they last half as long which makes the bag last half as long. I think this was as much a marketing idea as anything else. Are the old briquettes still available and if so, how can I get them.

We've tried other brands and store brands and Kingsford is the only one that works consistently. It's the only brand we buy!

Do not like new version of kingsford charcoal.

The new version is ready faster but burns up way to fast. By the time it's white it's burnt up. I have used kingsford for over 15 years and I'm looking for a new brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Best!!!

Only Charcoal my family uses. Long Lasting and great flavor!!! We are able to make an entire feast with little charcoal. This is the brand that we will ever use. We have tried the generic store brands, but they are hard to light and last half of the time and end up being a waste of money. Kingsford Original is the absolute best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought this product for a family BBQ and I am glad I did. Charcoal lasted fro hours and everything was cooked to perfection with plenty of heat.
