LOUSY BAG PACKAGING

Have any of the experts in your packaging, design, marketing or sales departments attempted to successfully open a bag of your briquets, using the instructions on the bag "Open From End On Front"? I have tried many times over several years and this method failed, CONSISTENTLY!!!
I would include an image but your system did NOT allow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve been using this product for the last 20 years, I won’t use anything else. It’s perfect. It’s just getting harder to find the 2-20 pound bag deals for cheap anymore..

Nothing better than the *original* that started it all! Heck, your own Grandpa grilled with the original Kingsford, back in the day! Kingsford is the best charcoal for my Weber Kettle. I won't use anything else!

Glad to see I am not the only loyal one who is not happy on not being able to purchase 20 pound bags. Your charcoal used to be the best choice/value but things have changed. Because of the downsize price increase- I am going to give other charcoals a chance again. I am a proud Weber Charcoal griller, but not going to stay that loyal anymore.
