I have used all kinds of charcoal and I always find myself going back to Kingsford for its quick lighting and no objectionable odor or flavor. This is important when spending your money on high quality ingredients. BBQ Fail is not an option!
Ive always been a KINGSFORD man....Kingsford is a TUFF charcoal...quick to start and lasts longer than the rest...doesnt crumble and fizzle out! And the flavor enhancing taste is by far the best!
As a chef, author and judge at bbq contests, my personl favoritr is Kingsford, when you light it it all burns unlike the competitions, in my honest opinion it is the best charcoal period.
When you grill as much as I do, you get to know what's available in the market. Kingsford has been my choice for decades, with consistent fast lighting and no aftertaste on what I'm grilling. I'm happy. My guests are happy. What more is there? :)
