We've used Kingsford for years... grew up with it and have continued to use it for all our outdoor grilling (which is 52 weeks a year in California!) Lights easily, burns consistently well, wouldn't think of using any other brand!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Kingsford Original charcoal is the only charcoal I use. The quality of the coals and long lasting burn keeps it my favorite.
