Never have had any problems getting the bricks to start and I can cook for along time and my food is always done and Delicious!.

Great for the Smoker

I use Kingsford charcoal along with tennis ball size wood in my smoker. I get consistent burn and there is no after smell on the meat. I have been using Kingsford for over 40 years and found it to be the best.

This is all I use to grill or bbq every weekend in the summer. Works great! I do think you use more of the improved briquettes.
