I bought two of these. One is working just great but the other is no longer able to change the temperature. I've been trying to have the contractor replace it but they are extremely disorganized and it's taking forever.

As far as the product goes it works quite well, unfortunately, but not in my application. The configuration of my system, the room where this particular controller resides, the problem is with the entire system not with the controller.

the application that i was looking for did not work.i was wanting to lower the temp in my shop below the17c temp minimum set by manufacture of the heat pump too 5-10c temp.

horrible system that does not consistently control the unit. Ripping the entire system out and replacing with traditional a/c unit. Reps that work with your system admit it is a mess and not reliable.

seems to be a disconnect between the temperature reading from the controller vs the reading on the remote.
