Real life Barbie doctor, so cute.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My granddaughter was so excited to receive this Barbie doctor. The stethoscope is a little flimsy so we'll see how long it will last. The pink sneakers are a very nice touch. And the lab coat is spot on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This doll is great for a small, simple gift. Only one accessory was included, her stethescope, so there was not much to do with the doll. She would make a great addition to a Barbie gang, especially if there is a doctor Barbie playset that needs an additional doctor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea that “You can be anything “, to encourage young girls that they can be anything you set your mind to. I picked this doll because my grand daughter wants to grow up and be a doctor. This doll is a good inspiration for my grand daughter. If Barbie can she can. She loved the doll. Her brown hair is like so many girls and it helped visualize herself as a doctor. The little stethoscope with the little heart at the end to put over the heart was a nice touch. She loved her white coat the type of coat her doctor wears. She also liked her pink tennis shoes. I liked the way there was not a lot of colorful makeup which makes the doll look more professional and didn’t distract from the meaning of the doll. The box gave the impression that the doll was in a doctors office. The back of the box showed that there are over 250 careers that any woman can be. I think this type of doll is an excellent way for young girls to dream and dream big. I think this is one of the best themes that Mattel has ever done. I’m 70 years old and I have seen Barbie transform into many things the this idea is one of the best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dr. Barbie is here! A very attractive career driven doll! Reminding children that they can grow up and be anything they want to be! Through play they can use their imagination to care for her friends and family! This doll has long hair, which can be brushed and styled. She is wearing a cute dress and lab coat, with tennis shoes! No doctor would be complete without a stethoscope! All of these are removable.
This is a quality doll, that the head turns, it bends at the waist, and the arm move up and down. A great addition to any collection!

Sturdy Additional Doll

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The doll is okay as an additional doll to add to a playset. However, one arm is bent at a 90 degree angle and the other is straight. No joints are flexible so if you want to sit the doll she has that straight-leg awkward pose. She doesn’t stand on her own but it’s easy to hold up straight because she is stiff. The hair becomes frizzy if you comb it out, but the length is long enough to style up or down. I like the nice medium complexion and nice realistic body. The stethoscope is stiff and fragile and if your child tries to bend it to try to use on another doll in pretend play, it feels like it could break easily. There are no other accessories so it’s a very bare bones doll. It dies seem like a durable doll that could withstand years of play. However, I wouldn’t give this doll alone to a child since there really isn’t much to it. It would make a good companion piece to one of the smaller kid dolls and/or a doctors or vet office set.

Great doll for more imaginative play.

Good Barbie

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a good time playing with Doctor Barbie. We had a nurse Barbie that checked in patients and then doctor barbie gave them their check up. Doctor Barbie held my daughter’s interest for a long time. We had her give a little Barbie a cast. The only thing we wish doctor Barbie did was bend a little in her knees and elbows as it was a little hard to get her to hold patients and sit in a chair.

A huge hit with my 5-year-old!

The first thing my child noticed was how pretty this Barbie is. She has long, wavy brown hair that’s easy for little hands to brush and style without getting overly tangled. Her face is friendly and expressive, which really helps with imaginative play. The outfit is adorable and very eye-catching — the colorful dress paired with the white coat makes her stand out from other dolls. The accessories (especially the stethoscope) instantly sparked curiosity and storytelling, and my child loved that Barbie “looks like a real doctor.” The pink shoes add a fun, playful touch that still feels age-appropriate.
The quality has been impressive so far. The doll feels sturdy and well-made, which is important because she’s been played with a lot. She’s been dropped, carried around the house, and even taken on car rides without any issues. The clothes are easy for a 5-year-old to take on and off, and they’ve held up well without fraying or tearing. The accessories are solid enough to withstand play but not so small that I worry constantly about losing them.
