Check-Up with Doctor Barbie

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My child loves playing with her “doctor” Barbie! She likes how the Barbie has a pretend stethoscope to use on her other Barbie patients. The Barbie is also wearing a pretend doctor coat that makes her look like a real doctor. I like how the Barbie is wearing a dress under the coat instead of scrubs to make her look very professional. My child and I do wish that the Barbie came with a few more doctor supplies.

Doctor Friendly, Kind, and Ready for Pretend

My child loves pretending to take care of patients, listen to heartbeats, and help people feel better. It’s such a great way to encourage imagination, kindness, and confidence.

Exclusive profession ability for kids to fantasize and pretend being a doctor and curing patients of all illnesses. As an addition, doll has a Stethoscope, removable dress and shoes - anytime can bring her new look :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic depiction of a woman doctor and I absolutely love the simple elegance of the way she is depicted. I think what really sets her apart is that she is undifferentiated. She could be a pediatrician, sure, but she could also be a cardiologist, a primary care doc, or a surgeon meeting patients in the clinic. I love the inscription "YOU CAN BE ANYTHING" as this is so important for young people, girls and boys alike. Being able to imagine and see yourself on media and toys makes it that much more concrete.
Detail wise, the clothes are well made and simple, also love the choice to put her in sneakers, because honestly walking the hospital floors in heels would be torture. The stethoscope is a little tough to position in place over her ears, otherwise a faithful replica of a real stethoscope with a cute heart detail on the bell.
My girls love having her rescue all the heroes after a valiant battle saving lives.

Barbie Careers - Doctor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This doctor Barbie Doll is part of a careers collection, which I think is very neat. First off, this came packaged very nicely and securely so the box would not get damaged. I like all of the details on this doll, from the hair and facial features to her clothing. She has pretty brunette hair, detailed eye makeup and is wearing a blue and pink dress with a white doctor coat. She comes with a light blue stethoscope accessory and cute pink shoes, which are my favorite part! This doll would be fun for any child to play with, and I definitely recommend it!

Doctor Barbie with accessories

Only disadvantage is her tools are small would’ve loved a doctor bag or something to make this set complete and easy to store.

Barbie has been a role model for many years and this generation has so many amazing choices for her career. The doll looks clean and professional. Barbie is always dressed beautifully. Her size is perfect for little hands. My granddaughter loves the doll so much!
