This is a pretty basic item. I always buy the limit when they are on sale. If my kids don't need them all we donate them.

This one subject notebook is just right for a third grade writing notebook. Students list synonyms antonyms homonyms etc.on pages in the back and start on page one on day one for drafts of prompted writing.

These are great for school and business plus personal use. I use them all the time to write down my life adventures. One of the ways they tell you in stress reduction therapy is to journal about what has happened during the day. If you pay attention and reread what you have written and why you think things happened; there are times you can do therapy on yourself. These are great to write down recipes in and to chart appointments for you and your loved ones with the findings added to that page. Questions you may want to ask the doctors.

Great value for 70 sheet notebook. Have found lots of uses for this notebook. We have a farm and use different color for each year to record cows' calving information. Plenty of room for recording data for moving pasture trimming and misc. data. Very sturdy cover.
