These notebooks are a must have and are excellent for Everything! I generally keep one for each long meeting or day-long training that I am attending. Excellent way to keep track of facts and figures and the type of interactions that are not able to be quantified in a general synopsis summary. i.e.: Shared interest in a certain topic or approaching event whereby follow-up would be essential for possible joint collaboration.
