I teach private music lessons and have used this notebook with my students for many years. It is excellent for writing assignments notations and comments concerning the lesson. It also provides the student with a venue to write comments or questions of their own. The notebook provides enough pages so that a single book is lengthy enough for several years worth of lessons. The quality of paper and sturdiness of the cover make it an excellent choise for long term use. I highly recommend the Staples 1 Subject Notebook.

Excellent for school needs

These one-subject notebooks are light weight and have a sufficient number of pages (seventy!) to cover a whole semester worth of college course notes. The covers come in several different colors so that you can easily assign a different color to each subject and they are three-hole punched for easy insertion in a binder. The pages are spiral bound but rip out easily enough when you need to pass in a report or homework. I got them at such a great price that I purchased enough for two semesters!

These notebooks are great for school. They have multiple colors so it makes it easy to pick the right one for each course. They are very sturdy and I can hold a few of them in my backpack without a lot of weight.
