Incompatible w Advertised Carriers, Vibe Useless

i bought this unlocked phone to break up with my current carrier, which turns out to be the only carrier that fully supports this phone. only one other said it would even work on its network, though severely limited (so much so that the salesman wouldn't sign me up).
also, the vibrate function, no matter what setting, is so faint that it is useless. it's supposed to be a rugged, wear your gloves sort of device, but not if you're wearing earplugs. you will never feel it in your pocket. or on your desk.
it otherwise works as a smartphone, ignoring the key features, so i give two stars.
the process or ram amount is not up to the task. there are times were i have to wait 2 to 3 seconds for it to register an action. this often causes mistakes and its not good for my job as a essential utility worker. i can not recommend to this phone for business or otherwise.
Tough phone failed in 5 minutes, due to unclear, undifferentiated Sim card and Sd card slot... being placed directly on top of each other...
I attempted to put in my SIM card, and accidentally slid into the SD slot... It would not let it go...and I was forced to use tweezers to remove.
LUCKILY my sim card still functioned when put in properly... But Now that I tried to put in my SD card...it cannot find it...Says there is NO SD inserted. . . I HAD BEEN SO EXCITED TO GET A NEW PHONE WITH AN SD card ....as my Note 5, did not have the capability...
Within 5 minutes of opening my "TOUGH" phone I broke my SD slot...with little to almost no effort.
Otherwise the phone is awesome....but will be returning in hope of replacement...with a working SD slot.
I had to buy mine in Austraila. It is 4weeks old and it was worth the wait in shipping. The removable battery and rugged construction is the only way to go
I am a long-time Samsung Phone user - Note 2 -> Note 5 -> S8 Active -> X-Cover Pro. I am a bit of a power user - figuratively and literally. While having an abundance of USB battery chargers was close - nothing beats being able to swap out the battery.
The performance and camera in this phone are mid-range. For my use it is fine. Anyone buying this is likely buying it because it has a large replaceable battery, durable design that doesn't need a case, and a flat screen that can be protected. This is what I was looking for and it delivers.
The only two negatives are no wireless charging, and the haptic feedback isn't as good as my previous phones. For the wireless charging - I am hoping the pogo docks are available soon and may actually be better than wireless charging (faster).
