I really like the look of the case; it is sleek and looks very appealing to the eye, and the Lanlard at the end is a nice touch. My only issue is the buttons; they don’t fit correctly, and they seem very non-responsive when pressing them.

The first case had design flaws so is wasn’t the greatest but the warranty process was really great and the replacement case arrived yesterday so I haven’t had a chance to check it out yet

Middle of the road--I would have expected more of Otterbox, which has been on my phone for as long as I can remember. This particular case may have ridged edges but the grip is still slick. I would have preferred a rubberized material instead. Camera button on the case is also very sensitive and I end up inadvertently pressing it about 10 times per day. I do also have some concerns about long term camera protection, but I guess some of that comes down to the new camera bump.
I'm likely to buy defender to replace this at some point.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
