Got my old one RSS 17 Five Years ago and still in service but i have to buy another for the added new feature. I will have my old RSS 17 for spare bag. Also, the customer support is excellent.
I purchased this backpack with high anticipation. As a business traveler, I’m constantly on the go with my laptop, iPads, phones, chargers, headphones, toiletries, pens, notepads, etc. This seemed like a suitable replacement to my older Ogio bag.
Although it’s great quality and has tons of pockets to store / organize, the main pouch is extremely small. I found it nearly impossible to store my portfolio and work papers along with my electronics. Additionally, the laptop sleeve, is so tight, I had difficulty inserting a standard Dell laptop in it. It was just to tight.
I totally get that by having more pockets, I’m giving up space in the main areas. But in my case, the limitations noted above were so frustrating, that I gave up after one weeks usage and ordered one of their larger backpacks.
Consider this scenario: you need to pack up quickly and toss your stuff in the main pouch. Happens to us all. You won’t be able to do that with this backpack as the only way things will fit is if you methodically pack everything back up in it’s intended space.
Lastly, the cushioned part of the straps are very short. As a 6” adult male, I had difficulty getting this on found it barely fit.
Ogio is great quality, but this one missed the mark.
I have to begin with loving the bag. The color is great and the practicality of it is out of the charts. It's light and comfortable. But... I don't know if I got a lemon or what but even with almost no load, the straps don't hold position. I put on the back pack, adjust the straps (with other backpack I don't even need to adjust everytime I put it on) and while I'm wearing it the straps slowly slip and out of the blue i feel like I'm carrying an old sac. I think I will return it cause it's a pain to have to adjust the straps all the time!
This backpack is made with quality materials. You notice right away that it is different than most. Just started using it a little over a week ago, but have really enjoyed the comfort of knowing both my laptop and IPad can be stored without worrying about the smallest bump causing damage.
Got this for my boyfriend. He loves all the different smaller compartments and one larger compartment, as he uses his back top mostly as an overnight or weekend bag. Only negative is that his 17in laptop is a very tight squeeze. Zippers are strained when zipping over the corners of the laptop.
Great size bag - fits my 15 inch Mac Book Pro easily

I was worried that the laptop section wouldn't fit my 15 inch Mac Book Pro because a previous reviewer said that theirs didn't fit. I have a 2018 generation Mac Book Pro and it fits easily in the laptop section (with plenty of room to spare). All the little pockets on this bag are great. My only recommendation would be to add a key latch somewhere in the bag to securely attach keys to the bag. Otherwise no complaints at all.
Pros: fits 15 inch mac book pro, lots of pockets, great overall size and weight, good quality, hard sunglass case
