This is the perfect all-around bag. I really like how everything is well thought out. the pockets and zippers are in the right places and actually make sense. It’s simple, practical, and has a spot for everything I need. Definitely a bag I’d recommend!
Very nice backpack. However I am disappointed to find that the straps are extremely short, and for that reason I have to return this backpack. Strange that this bag doesn’t fit since I’m not abnormally large- a 6’0” tall male weighing about 175lbs with an athletic build. and this backpack doesn’t even fit me with the straps extended all the way to the max, I can barely fit it over my shoulders wearing nothing but a T-shirt. It would be extremely difficult or not possible/ uncomfortable to try and wear this backpack wearing a jacket or any additional layers so for that reason I had to return it. Be aware of this if you’re around my size or any larger this will likely be an issue. Really unfortunate because this bag seems great and if it wasn’t for the straps being so small I think that this would have fit my needs.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This backpack should be the gold standard of all backpacks. There is more storage than one could use. Well made and attractive. I hope it maintains its shape over time. Well done.
This is not the same as the original Renegade RSS. I just had to retire my original one that I purchased back in 2016 and it seems to be affected by shrinkflation, where it looks the same on the outside but they are giving you less. Almost all of the pockets are slightly smaller than the original. The straps on the new one don't even fit me now, they don't even extend far enough for me to put the bag on, granted I'm kind of a larger guy but I don't have the same problem with the original one. Not to mention the straps seem like they are of a lesser quality. I used to be able to fit my passport in the front top pocket and the same pocket on the new one isn't tall enough. I'd be more than willing to pay more for the same bag if it met all of the original dimensions that worked for me in 2016 but I'm going to have to send this back.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been extremely happy with the Renegade RSS backpack. My favorite feature is the hard-shell laptop compartment. It feels incredibly secure and gives me a lot more confidence carrying an expensive laptop around compared with a standard padded sleeve.
What surprised me is that the extra protection doesn’t come at the expense of storage. There is still ample room in the main compartment for everything else I need to carry, along with plenty of smaller pockets for organization. The bag feels very well designed, sturdy, and comfortable to use.
Overall, I’m really impressed with it and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality laptop backpack with excellent protection and plenty of storage.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. This is my 2nd OGIO Backpack. My first one lasted over 10 years and still is in GREAT shape. I just had a zipper break so it was time for a new one. This new one feels just as good in quality as my first one. I love that it has so many pockets and different places to put things. My only complaint is that I can't find a place for hanging a key chain. My old one had a clip and this one doesn't seem to have one. Minor issue, however. Overall, very good backpack.
