Great product. Everything that I was looking for and more. The color on the website looks a little more greenish than it is in person but it looks awesome nonetheless. Customer service on a billing issue was immediate and I received my order in record time. Thanks!
Pros: spacious, comfortable, complete

The backpack itself is awesome. Seems to be well made. I’ve had OGIO in the past and they lasted forever. These straps do seem a bit flimsy but time will tell. Everything else works great. It’s a good daily backpack not one you can load up with a ton of stuff but it’s perfect for me and leaves a whole lot of room. Straps are snug. The buckle that keeps the straps fastened across the chest pops off. A LOT. I don’t know what this wasn’t permanently sewn to the bag like the others I’ve had.

Really enjoying it thus far. I especially appreciate the variations of pocket options. Working in the Tech Industry I need to carry many different things with me ranging from computers to cords and this has the pockets to make that work.
Pros: pocket variations, quality material
