Short Shoulder Straps

Seems heavy duty and sturdy, I am a bigger guy so the shoulder straps are too short is why I am giving 4 stars.

Overall good backpack for travel, but the shoulder straps… The shoulder straps are designed for a child apparently. Not nearly long enough for an average sized adult.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the secure and padded laptop pouch in the back!! No other bag I have ever used or had has provided me with peace of mind for my electronics! The hard pouch at top is a unique feature I also not had with any other bag!! I’m absolutely thrilled with my purchase. Although maybe a bit expensive, I think it was one of the best purchases I’ve made!

Love Ogio Bags and this one in no different. I love this model since it includes the trolly strap to hold it on a suitcase handle. The same model from SanMar doesn't have this.

Quality Has Gone Waaaaaay Down

I loved my last OGIO backpack, which I had for probably a decade (same/similar model). I bought this one to replace it (somewhat because it was getting a bit worn, but also because I liked the new strap that goes over your carry on bag). After about 3 months, the stitching on one of the straps started fraying and coming apart, and then about 3-4 months later the stitching in 3 different places is coming apart. I can’t find the receipt, so no replacement.

Poor design

This was a birthday present. My big complaint is that the laptop pocket is only one inch deep. I can't fit anything else, like a notebook, in that pocket. Every time I put my hand in the pocket to pull out the laptop, I scrape the back of my hand on the zipper.
