The usual Otter quality & fit, but by far the best element is the way it turns a slippery, fragile instrument into a usable tool that you can grip.
Nice touch with the flex doors on the charging port & headphone jack. No pocket lint buildup.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi there!
We're sorry to hear about your disappointment with your Commuter Series case! It sounds like you may not have the right case for your phone if none of the lights or buttons are lining up properly. Go ahead and give us a ring at 1-855-688-7269, and we'd be more than happy to see what might be going on.
Best,
OtterBox Customer Service Team

I've had the cell phone case for about a month now and there are three (3) aspects of its design that put it in the "excellent investment" category. One, the case is "anti" slippery in my hand. The case has specific contours and ribbing to make the case "anti" slippery. Two, the case is solid. It fits my phone like a glove with no give and no play. Lastly, that the case it present puts the cell phone in a "not nervous about it" condition. I'm confident it'll be fine if I goof up.
If you're going to buy a nice cell phone then you need to buy a reputable case to protect it from life's oops.

Purchased about a month ago. Great product and have used them on past phones. This one does not fit as sung as others have in the past and the top slips off of the phone whenever I put it in my pocket. Was also bummed it was only offered in black.

It does its job and more, if I had another phone I will secure it with an OtterBox case.

Like all OtterBox good quality. Would like to see more hard plastic near the outside top of the case, the rubber is too floppy, and would like a case version that is fully enclosed like previous versions Ive had on other phones.

The fit is exact, impact rating is perfectly what I needed. Just wish there was some kind of a color option (an insert maybe?)
