Very disappointed in design quality

The case I just ordered doesn't hold onto the phone. The phone will slide right out of the case because it fits so poorly. Have used Otterbox cases for 12 years on all my family's phones but now am going to have to look elsewhere to protect my phone. I can't even return the case since I ordered it before I ordered the phone, wish I would have waited but now will just trash it.

I drop this case twice and it breaks I wouldnt buy this case if you want a good quality case!

We're sorry to see (literally) that your Commuter Series case has fallen on hard times after just two drops. To be fair, our cases are actually designed to absorb the brunt of any impacts that might otherwise cause problems for one's device rather than to be indestructible in and of themselves. As long as your motorola one 5G ace emerged from those spills unscathed that's definitely the most important thing.

I was looking for the defender case for my Motorola 5G ace. I wasn't happy when the only case you sold was the commuter case. I went elsewhere to get what I wanted

DOES NOT FIT One 5g Ace. I have always used OtterBox cases in the past so I didn't check the reviews on this one. OtterBox has reviews going back months so they know this case doesn't fit this phone. 1 drop and cracked screen. OtterBox FAIL

Don't like the hard plastic case. Almost as easy to drop the phone as it would be without a case. Much prefer the Defender series. It's rubberized and also offers a belt holder. Phone is too large to carry in my pocket.

We went with the smooth finish in order to add in retrieval from pockets and such, though we certainly aren't out to encourage any mishaps. :)
Unfortunately, we don't make our Defender Series case for your current device, but we will definitely share your interest in that with our quality and design teams.
