[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had to do hard reset, had reset it one other time. Hard time keeping Sim attached to my carrier. And no it is not my carrier it is problem s with both the physical and e Sims. My old note9 is better all the way around even with no updating.
Will probably go with another brand this winter. Very unhappy with Samsung products. (I also have a washer) not real happy with.

First Flagship Phone

The screen is very responsive and the stylus works wonderfully when taking notes or playing games.
It is a massive upgrade from the A71 that's lasted with me through the years.
It feels wonderful being able to play modern high budget games on mobile.
I will definitely obtain a phone from Samsung again once this one runs it's course.
