My Laptop freezes constantly. The resolution is horrible. The volume is also bad. I am going to have to take it to someone to see if they can fix the freezing. It seems that the browser microsoft is battling with Chrome. I was told that HP was a good product and I have always had a Dell. I wish I had not changed to HP.

Had a little less RAM than expected but that was a user error on my part. This is a really good sturdy laptop and has a lot of great features that I enjoy using. I bought it to replace my previous hp laptop that had a hinge blowout and it does its job well enough.
