I bought this fryer last summer. Have use it many times. The drain oil feature is the best. It cleans the oil so well that I have used it to fry chicken (at least 2 whole chickens each time) 6 or 7 times and the oil is still crystal clear. I just wipe out the residue and put the whole thing in the dish washer. I probably fry much more because of the easy clean up.
I would recommend this to a friend!
