[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This deep fryer was easy to setup and easy to use. The food cooked in this fryer is excellent. I received so many compliments on how great the food was. The food was succulent as if it was cooked at a restaurant. The deep fryer is of great quality and durability. A added bonus is the automatic oil filtration system. I have recommended this fryer to family and friends.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello i am Senpai from MySenpaiTTV on the twitch platform and today I'm going to be giving my honest review of the EZ CLEAN PRO DEEP FRYER. Right of the bat the design is on point. With it's metallic stainless steel modern look you cannot go wrong. The indicative temp set is as easy as 1,2,3. It's easy to use even if you are not a cook like myself.evwn a gamer can do it. Moving on the deep fryer is actually bigger than it appears from the inside. I was surprised how much food it could hold and when it was done my French fries were fried to perfection. No more trying to make fries on a pan with oil getting over me. I love this new addition to my kitchen it small enough for easy storage. The cleaning is surprisingly easy the Cooking basket, bowl and oil box are dishwasher-safe. I highly recommend this and again this was Senpai from MySenpaiTTV on the twitch platform and I hope this helps someone.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing rocks! It warms quick, plenty of space, cooks well and easy to use. It has a sight glass in the lid to look at your food while cooking and the filter system is genius. It has a digital timer and makes frying food easy. It goes up to 375° I believe and that should be hot enough to fry anything. My french fries and egg rolls both fried to perfection and the lid helps great to reduce splatter. The stainless steel is gorgeous but that does make it susceptible to smudges, which is a nothing major to me. Considering everything this is a nice fryer and I definitely recommend!
I bought this last winter but didn’t use it until cabin season in May. I have to laugh at a few people who said they couldn’t turn it on, because it took me forever to find the On/Off switch! It was set up in our garage and the lightI guess came from the other side, felt so stupid when I found it. We used it so much - especially over Labor Day when our state Fair was cancelled so we made our own corn dogs, cheese curds, etc.. We think it’s great, the feature for storing oil is slick. I’ve been washing it by hand, based on reviews I think I will continue to skip the dishwasher. My only complaint - I wish it had better temp delineations on the dial. Jumps from 360° to 375°.
This has been the best home fryer I've ever had, but sadly we will have to find an alternative. It has turned out great fried food and it looks more attractive than the cheaper, more plastic based models available. In addition, clean up is very easy in the dishwasher, as the lid, frying tub, and plastic oil reservoir system are all advertised as able to be washed in the dishwasher. The filtration works well and not a drop of oil is spilled when draining the system. Everything worked great when the product was brand new, right out of the box.
But the main flaw of this unit is in the manufacturer's use of several cheap aluminum parts, which should have been made of more durable--but more costly--stainless steel. The first of these is the mesh screen insert for the splatter-reducing vent, which has recently failed. The mesh screen began to disintegrate at a certain point and metal bits fell through into the cooking food. The mesh screen appears to be made of a thin gauge aluminum, which never does well in a dishwasher, even though most of the parts of this unit are listed in the manual as being dishwasher safe. This is simply not accurate. Whatever the material, it has a short life and will eventually fall apart.
Sadly, the manufacturer doesn't have a replacement lid available now and therefore the unit is unusable with the lid. An extra few cents worth of heavier gauge stainless steel in the vent would have made all the difference.
The ring around the drain screen also appears be made from aluminum, as does some of the metal on the underside of the tub. All of these parts are permanently oxidized from dishwasher use and appear to be wearing prematurely.
The metal fry basket has begun to show signs of rusting as well. Again, I think cheap materials are to blame. A heavy gauge of stainless steel would likely not rust as easily.
With a few tweaks to the manufacturing process and an all-stainless steel parts assembly, this would be a wonderful unit. But sadly, I cannot recommend it for the long haul. No one wants to ingest aluminum oxidation, rust, or disintegrating metal pieces.
Bought all clad ez clean pro deep fryer 3.5l it exploded. Thank God nobody was near it. It ruined brand new floors and cabinets. It was only 3 rd time we used it. More than 3 quarters of oil blow up and out of product. I don't know how this is allowed on the market. We are so lucky no one got injured. If you love your family do not buy this dangerous product.
Easy to use and works perfectly for me. I use peanut oil in it and everything tastes like restaurant quality. I don’t think people realize there is a button to reset the unit should it not power on. Highest quality fryer build for home use IMO. I bought mine on sale but would buy it full price again and again when it dies.
I love this fryer when I can remember how to use it. It's operation is NOT intuitive and the included instructions look like they were written by non-English speakers. Can't find my meager instructions and can't figure it out. Why isn't this manual online?????
