Great in home fryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't expect this fryer to be so high quality! It's solid and easy to use. The only downside to just about every fryer is that you have to empty and clean it, but this one is worth the work and is makes the whole clean up much more convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All I can say is this product is fantastic and a blessing for living in a household that does frying the "old-school" way by putting oil in the pan and having it splash back on you is the most terrifying thing ever. I can have my parents use this fantastic appliance instead of having a chance at being burned, or myself! "fry bowl" drains the oil, my family tends to clean everything by hand so we had no issues cleaning the appliance - it is indeed very easy to clean. When we were frying cauliflower the other day as well as chicken, we had hardly any crumbs/batter on the bottom of it. We tend to love things crispier so we double fried it as usual.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having this deep fryer for the past 3 weeks has been a game changer. It makes frying food so much easier and you would want to do it more often. The set up had easy to follow directions and to use the fryer is also super easy to use. I fried 3 pieces of whole fish, French fries and fried shrimp with no complaints. All sides came out evenly fried and delicious. I loved that you can see through the top lid without having to worry about oil splashing on your face. Also while using the deep fryer I did not have to worry about the odor smelling up the whole house. Cleaning was a breeze, just take apart and throw it in the dishwasher. I would highly recommend this deep fryer as a perfect addition to any household

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ive always been a little reluctant to use a deep fryer even though my family loves deep fried food. i was never sure how to do it correctly and it was hard to drain the oil . This all-clad deep fryer takes away all the guess work and totally simplifies the process so i dont think i could do it wrong!..i love the size of it..I'm not limited to a few items. I can cook enough for my whole family at once without lowering the temperature of the oil and making things soggy. I dont feel wasteful because there is an integrated filtration system hat actually stores the filtered oil for the next time i want to use it. everything goes in the dishwasher too. together with the digital temperature control it makes deep frying easy and fool proof! the high quality of this appliance and the beautiful stainless steel finish are what id expect from all-clad.
