Almost perfect

This mug is almost perfect, the first time I used it I almost went out to buy 4 more. My biggest complaint is that after the second wash, I unknowingly lost the rubber stopper and almost burn my nuts off when my coffee spilled onto my lap at the freeway entrance

Love it but wont seal

I love my cup but it doesnt seal at time. I no I have had t o re incert the gasket at the top of the cup and it still leaks.. Ugh. Not sure what to do at this point.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It was great

The mug was great it kept the temperature I needed for my drinks. It was leak proof but not its leaking like crazy and it's been less than 3 months . The rubber in the lid doesn't fit and it's twisted

It's like having a personal coffee pot

I have had some issues as others with the small spout burning my lips. I just pour hot liquids in a separate cup. Because of the thermal qualities, I never have to reheat my coffee. Because of the 20 oz capacity, it's like having 2 hot grandes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lid seal doesn’t last

I bought 1 20oz and 2 16oz mugs. I loved them but! 2 of the lid seals are no good. Only had these mugs about 2 months.

stays hot and never spills even outside in winter

This keeps soup or coffee hot for hours and doesn't spill even on an outdoor forklift. That is why I need another, so I can have one at home, because someone keeps borrowing mine for work.

The seals keep stretching out or coming loose

The mugs do as the say. They keep your drink warm/cold. However, I have purchased 2 in the last 2 months and the seals come loose, the lids leak , and I end up with coffee stains on my clothes. The exact same mugs Purchased in the past did not have this problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not very hot

I have had a 20 oz contigo travel mug for a couple of years. For the past month, I have been filling up my mug with hot coffee at 5 AM, by 7:30 or so the coffee is luke warm and by 8:30 the coffee is cold. I use to keep the coffee semi hot for the advertised 7 hours but not now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
