Best One Yet

I love this mug, especially for cold drinks. No need for ice and keeps it ice cold for hours. I bought Grayed Jade color and it seems to be like a lighter army green, but its just a color. Also the snap seal was kind of hard to open at first but after a day it got easier for me. Overall this product has great quality, easy to use and performs wonderfully. I will be buying more in the near future!

Sipping hot beverage painful to upper lip

I dont like my ContigoByron 20-Oz. SnapSeal Travel Mug. The drinking spout I do not feel is properly designed for hot beverages. Drinking a cold beverage from this container is perfect but, drinking a hot beverage is nearly impossible. It burns my upper lip. I have to wait at least 30 minutes before the beverage is cool enough to drink (other travel mugs I own do not present me with the same problem). With that in mind, this cup is not a hot and cold cup. If you don't want to wait, it is only a cold beverage cup and yes, it does hold hot and cold tempered beverages for quite a while. Too bad about the drinking spout. This cup is almost perfect.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought these as a surprise to my employees. They are all loving how long ice stays in them. One said he loves cold water and now he can have it all day long. I have a coffee drinker that said she can not believe how warm her coffee stays. You now have 4 more contigo lovers.

Interestingly enough the temperature in my regular coffee cup would be luke warm within minutes. So much so that I have been seriously researching percolators. After almost giving up on my coffee maker and buying a percolator I poured my first of many morning coffees in to my new contigo and almost burned my throat it was so hot. It stayed hot for as long as it took me to finish my 20 oz of gloriousness! Don't believe these negative reviews. Contigo saved me having to buy an expensive new coffee maker. Contigo you guys ROCK! I love this product so much I will be buying a 24 oz Byron for my Soda stream water. The seal is so good on these that my guess is you can keep carbonated beverages in them not only cold but without losing the fizz.

Great travel mug

This is the best coffee mug I have ever purchased. Stays hot for what seems to be all day, can't tell as I drink the coffee and have to refill it later. I always am checking that it sealed by flipping the cup over, still haven't had an issue with this test yet. Best mug to buy.

Doesn't Keep my Coffee Hot

I love the look and size of this travel mug. My only complaint, and I guess it's a big one, is it doesn't keep my coffee hot enough for very long. I can easily say less than 2 hours. I make my coffee at 8 and is usually luke warm by 9 or just after. Disappointing.
