Absolute best mug on the market today!

I love that it stays cold or hot for hours. It does not leak at all. I use it everyday...I'm handicapped and having a cold or hour drink for hours is very convenient. I will be ordering another one for a friend.

Replacement lid

I have 2 of these and really like them. I lost one of the snap seal lids and cannot find a replacement anywhere. How do I get one?

Not Keeping Coffee warm

I have gone through 2 of your travel mugs in the past year and both have loss there insulated properties will not keep coffee warm, maybe 2 hours. when I first used them they lasted 5-6 hours.
Have you lessen your design properties for cheaper material the better profits.

Need to be able to purchase replacement lids

I want to give this rating 5 stars. I have been using this style for years. I love that it keeps my coffe hot and it is 100% leak proof until the lid breaks or the seal goes in the lid. The tumbler seems indestructible however the lids dont have the same longevity. My complaint is that you cannot buy just a replacement lid. You have to buy a new mug. I now have 3 tumblers with no lids. I hate to throw them out but have no use for them without lids.

Does not keep liquid hot.

Received a Contigo Snapseal 20 oz Insulated Stainless Steel Travel Mug as a gift in January 2023, to replace one that I had for 5 years (which performed well but needed deep cleaning...). New Contigo mug no longer keeps hot liquid hot. Doesn't even keep it warm. I fill it with coffee at 7:00am, and by 8:00am, the coffee is cold. Not sure why. Would like to have this product perform like the one I had for 5 years, but don't trust it and will be looking for another travel mug that works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Keeps the Joe warm but the lid is trash

This mug keeps my coffee warm for hours and I like that but their "seal technology" that they brag about is the worst part of mug. The plastic seal fell apart and I kept drinking in my coffee. Now it leaks very badly. I even dribble when drinking from it. To me it no longer can be used to drink from so what I do is just use it a thermos. I make enough coffee for two cups. Poor my 1st cup into a regular cup and then the 2nd into my know thermos that used to be my travel mug. When I ready for my 2nd cup of coffee I poor from my thermos (this product) into my regular cup. It works me at the office but is not what I had wanted when I bought this. I came to this site to find a replacement seal but they are not sold. If I could buy 4 or 5 of them and replace as needed, this would be a great travel mug.
