Good Coffee mug

Personally This is great, as long as you don't forget to hit the snap! There are fewer parts to clean, easier and more sanitary. Easy on easy off with the top! The grip is nice and keeps my water cold or my coffee hot !

Leaking already

I have had this about 1-2 months and it's already leaking. There is a small rubber strip that is coming undone thus it's starting to leak. I'm really upset about this since I received it as a Christmas gift and I drink hot coffee every morning in it. I have had it spill onto my pants on my way to work, this really is disappointing. I hope the company reads this.

Content stays hot but not possible to sip!

Over all the mug is good and the content stays hot for hours. Anyway I would not recommend the mug as is because when I bought it one of the key features it was advertised for was the special lid that was supposed to provide a regular mug like sipping experience. The opposite is the case. The hot liquid flows directly into your mouth and you get burned. The problem is the convex shape of the edge of the lid where you have to sip. I already contacted contigo but I only got a standard answer mail back. This is now a few years ago. I would love to see an update! Until then I can not recommend this mug.

Best water bottle ever, without a doubt

I think this is being not being made as much anymore? I have been buying this exact mug for many years for my family of four. I do not want to buy any other mug ( my husband uses one for coffee one for water, the kids and I use just for water) all other brands or model from Contigo have just not held up as this one. I want this one in four colours so we can each have one (which for years have been available) Can’t find this mug in any store for the first time in years. I’ve had pink, purple, green, grey & black, very disappointed right now :(

Logo on mouthpiece is annoying.To get rid of it...

...I used a conical bit sander and sanded off the logo to make it smooth. Now every time I take a sip of tea or coffee my lips are not going up against the uneven annoying surface where crud and caffeine stains accumulate. My experience is now pleasant and no need to use a toothbrush to clean into the crevices of the logo near the drink hole. You should do the same and experience the marked difference in your drinking experience!

Best travel mug I have used.

At last I have found a travel mug that keeps my coffee hot at work for more than a couple of hours as I drink from it throughout the morning, thanks for a great product and wish it was this price in the UK.
