Repeatedly disappointed in lid seal failure

I absolutely love these mugs! HOWEVER..... I have purchased 6 of them in the last month (I use 2 each morning for my coffee) because the seal on the lids keeps failing within a couple of weeks and I have to throw them out. There is no repairing it and it is so frustrating. When they work properly they are wonderful, easy to handle, keep my coffee hot for hours. But if you do not watch carefully after each wash and the seal has come loose, then you end up with hot coffee all over you and your car/desk/floor. I have tried other mugs in hopes of finding something similar that would work but they just do not perform as well as these (other than the seal issue) or feel as easy to handle in my hand, or fit my truck cupholder as well. I wish Contigo would fix this issue so I could enjoy using my mugs again and not have to worry/stress over wondering just how long the next mug I purchase is going to last before I have to go buy another replacement.

No leaks and awesome insulation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to turn down the brew temp on my coffee maker because this mug kept the coffee too hot to drink. Now that it's summer, I can refill theoughout rhe day with cool/cold drinks and 10 small ice cubes last all day. Never a leak. Fantastic mug!

I purchased about two weeks ago and so far just keep my coffee hot for about an hour
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Leaky bottles

I have purchase in the pass with no problem. The seals need improvement.

Amazing heat & cold conservation!

My cold drinks stay cold & my hot drinks stay hot! 8+ hours! Left my mug in car for 8 hours with ice tea & ice cubes. Ice cubes were still floating!
My only complaint is the drinking hole is too small - great for sipping (esp. hot coffee) but not so much for gulping (I was ready for a big hit of that ice tea!)
