Love the fact it stays either really cold or hot. Do not like the lid at all, I have gotten myself drench several times as the design is not the best.

Keeps my tea almost boiling hot for longer than expected! Coffee stays warm, not as warm as tea. The only "complaint" I have, is that it does not fit under my Keurig.... but no one to blame there. Also bought as a gift, receiver loves the cup as much as I do!

Lid hard to get twist on!!

I love the mug, once I can get the Lid screwed on the mug. Very hard to get the Lid twisted on the mug to where it doesn't leak when trying to drink from it. I bought 3 of these and they all have the same problem. They have been hand washed, not put in a dishwasher. The concept is great, but the product fails to perform as it should.

Hits your nose

Keeps drinks cold, but is very hard to drink from! It squishes your nose and does not feel comfortable. I spill every time because I try to keep my lips on the very edge to make room for my nose. Very poorly designed lid. Hoping a I can get a refund and buy a different style because I love the body of he mug itself.

Should there be a seal?

We used this product for the first time today. It leaked around the top. We don't see a seal. Should there be one?

Best mug I've ever bought!!

Everyone in my family has one. I have 2. We have used them for years and I love them. I drive a bus and they never leak. My coffee stays hot my entire route. I use them for my ice water at home too. I have fallen asleep and woken up the next day to find it still full of ice. Worth every penny.
