My husband loves this cup, he has gone thru several, he has a bad habit of putting the cup on the tail gate, then driving off. But it is the only one he will use, becaue it keeps his coffee hot, when he gets too busy to drink it in time. He has others that were given to him as a gift, but this is the one he uses!

Okay for the first two years, but it no longer insulated the contents after two years of daily use. Seal still works great.

Loved this mug but after only a week the rubber stopper in the lid is missing and I can no longer use it.

A bit disappointed

I own many Contigo items and love them all. The Byron is the perfect size. I love the contoured shape of the bottle. I'm disappointed that this bottle doesn't keep drinks cold like the other ones I own. It only stays cold for about 5-6 hours and that's with ice in it. Other models keep my drinks cold for 20-24 hours with ice. I've kept them in a warm car and outside and the ice doesn't melt.
When Byron came out I jumped at the opportunity and bought it right away. Seeing the Thermaseal logo I felt confident that the quality was the same as the others I own.

Lid leaked after only a few uses

I received a two pack of these bottles for Christmas as I LOVE Contigo cups. Both of the seals are falling out and the coffee is leaking. I am disappointed that I have to buy new lids for cups that are only a couple of months old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

They keep my hot soup and tea hot and my water nice and cold. Ready to drink without spilling all over the front of me. Love that I can put it on my front car seat and not worrying that I'll have a wet seat next to me or it slipping out of my hands because the entire bottle is covered in condensation.

We have purchased many of these, and they are great. They keep things hot and things cold. Absolutely love them! My husband works 12 hour days and I go to school and we use about 4-5 a day since they keep coffee hot and tea hot or cold. Great Product. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
