Pretty good, except for the rubber stopper

I've had this mug for 2+ years now, and it remains a favorite as the body is easy to clean and has a wide mouth to put ice in. It also keeps my drink either hot or cold for a long time without condensation on the outside. Unfortunately, it's pretty hard to clean the rubber stopper and the gasket of the lid so after some time, it started to smell a bit funky and the stopper discolored. I don't drink out of the lid anymore, I just unscrew it and drink directly because of this. I do rinse and dry the lid separately from the body, so I don't understand how this happened. I tried soaking it in hot water with baking soda to no avail, and brushing it has similarly achieved nothing. I still use it though, but it would be great if I could get a replacement stopper and gasket.

Love My Contigo! One Minor Problem

It gets constant use since I'm a coffee junkie. I have two and switch out.Definitely no leakage and coffee stays hot for hours. It's a straight up five-star product with only One problem....no seal replacements. REALLY need those. I lost one seal and the other is stretching out. PLEASE make the seals available.

Great for keeping coffee hot, hard to clean

I have 4 these, they keep my drink hot from 6 am till 5 pm ( I forgot it at home one day, and it was still warm when I opened it) my only complaint, when you wash the lids,yuck! The little ball that seals it is hard to get off and put on to clean it, and the rubber ring seal broke in a few uses when cleaning. WHERE ARE THE REPLACEMENTS PIECES TO BUY? I want to keep my cups, but need replacement parts or even lids.

Love this for hot and cold

I mostly use for coffee and very pleased how long it keeps it hot. If you keep the snap top closed, it can stay hot for hours. I only wish...it came with OR there was an optional top with a grabber like a lot of the water bottles - example AUTOSEAL® Cortland.

leaky lid

I bought 2 of these, a 24 ounce and a 20 ounce. The 20 ounce leaks from between the lid and the mug when I take a drink from it, the 24 ounce does not leak with either lid on it. Seems like they need better quality control. I'd return the leaky mug but don't have the receipt anymore.

The lid leaks

The seal between the lid and mug leaks all the time. Weather it is sitting on my desk or I'm holding it while walking. I returned the first mug I got thinking that it was just a faulty mug, but my new one still leaks. I don't like having coffee all over my hands and my desk.

Keeps coffee hot, but...

I want to really love this cup. It definitely keeps my coffee steaming hot for hours. My only complaint, both of the lids leak on my two 20 oz Byron leak and they're only a few months old. Now, I only use the lid when walking between offices. It's really embarrassing when you spill coffee down your shirt in a meeting.
