Good cup, bad gasket.

The cup does it's job.
Mostly.
However the reason I bought it is the leak proof seal. Turns out, not so leak proof. Had the thing about 3mo, and the gasket stretched so now it leaks. I don't think it was properly cured, as it's only the area near the spout that leaks.
This seems to be a common problem, but hasn't been fixed yet.

Best Gift Thus Far

The organization I work for purchased the SNAPSEAL for its administrative assistants. From the day I received mine I have used it daily, especially during the summer time. I was so shocked at how long ice water remained ice water. I believe it was well over eighteen hours. The ice was still whole..I LOVE THIS THERMOS!!! I am looking into making a purchase of my own. I recommended it to my sister and she purchased her own and loves it as well..

I love my Contigo!

I have used the same Byron stainless steel Contigo mug for 5 years, every single day! I always have a Contigo with me for water, coffee, or tea. I am amazes at how long the hot drinks stay hot and the ice cubes never melt even in Texas heat! I will continue to recommend and purchase!!

Best mug ever

I love this water bottle I have a maroon one that is 6 years old and love it . I was looking for the little rubber stopper but you don't have them and then was going to order a whole new lid. I will get another mug so I have it for my trip. My I clean my mug every day but the stopper has got black on it and since I am on O2 I don't want any infections.

I work outside, 10 hours days. I never go without my mug. I have 2 of the Byron. I return to the car at 5 pm and I still have warm coffee! So easy to seal, clean. I will buy more because I live the colors too. Make more of the burgundy/purples please!!

Repeatedly disappointed in lid seal failure

I absolutely love these mugs! HOWEVER..... I have purchased 6 of them in the last month (I use 2 each morning for my coffee) because the seal on the lids keeps failing within a couple of weeks and I have to throw them out. There is no repairing it and it is so frustrating. When they work properly they are wonderful, easy to handle, keep my coffee hot for hours. But if you do not watch carefully after each wash and the seal has come loose, then you end up with hot coffee all over you and your car/desk/floor. I have tried other mugs in hopes of finding something similar that would work but they just do not perform as well as these (other than the seal issue) or feel as easy to handle in my hand, or fit my truck cupholder as well. I wish Contigo would fix this issue so I could enjoy using my mugs again and not have to worry/stress over wondering just how long the next mug I purchase is going to last before I have to go buy another replacement.

No leaks and awesome insulation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to turn down the brew temp on my coffee maker because this mug kept the coffee too hot to drink. Now that it's summer, I can refill theoughout rhe day with cool/cold drinks and 10 small ice cubes last all day. Never a leak. Fantastic mug!
