Poor Seals

I purchased one of these for myself and one for my son. The seals have failed on both of them within two months. They are very expensive, and are now uselesd.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Leaks

the rubber lining in my lid won't stay in place, and it leaked all over me. I might get it to work for a couple days, then the rubber ring does 'it's own thing' and I'm wearing coffee agin.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Top draw thermal mug

I am a member of the British Military and the 16oz and 20oz flask fits nicely in the ammo pouch of issued belt kit, I have used this item for a year and still going strong.
If you like me spend many hours outdoors then this is the flask you need, this flask lives up to its claims and keeps hot drinks hot for hours (6 hours tested but I finished brew)
I would suggest that you check the lid if you do put in a dishwasher as the rubber seal does pop at higher temperatures but easy to push back in.
Ideal for long journeys in a car and fits in a cup holder although the 20oz is a bit tight.
I have read some negative reviews but I have not had the same problem the flask is tough( I have dropped mine many times) I have bought for friends and colleges ad presents and they also agree a top draw item.

can not drink from them

I have 4! of these mugs and every single one of them, the o-ring has fallen out and can not be put back in properly. With that being said, you can not drink from them, unless you want to wear your coffee!!
Very disappointing when they aren't exactly cheap. I end up using mine to get my coffee to my office (generally making a mess in my cup holder) and then pouring my drink into a coffee cup.
I also have one that does not keep anything warm for more than 30 minutes

Lids need improvement

I received one of these nearly 10 years ago and it is still going strong. I have purchased more of the identical mugs in the last 2 years and the seal on the lids barely lasts a few months, I wish the sold replacement seals or lids. It sucks to have to buy a whole new mug so often.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought and missing the seal.

Bought 2 20oz from Walmart and the seal is missing in both! Do not recommend!

Great mug! Seal is not great

I love this mug! We have bought 3 in the last 8 months. Unfortunately, the seal has broken for 2 of them. We can sometimes get the black seal back in place but most of the time it leaks :( Keeps coffee and tea hot for hours. Really do love this mug just wish we didn't have the issue with the seals.

Disappointed with 24oz version

I was gifted a 3 pack of the 24oz versions of this mug for Christmas last year. I was very excited because they're a great size for long days working outside and they do a decent job of keeping coffee warm. However, I was quickly disappointed when the first one started leaking from the seal after a few months of use. The second did the same and leaked all over when tipped even slightly. My third and last travel mug is now doing the same. I'm not rough on my travel mugs and hand wash all parts. I have had other contigo mugs in the past and they've been great, so it's a big disappointment that these mugs leak so much. It wouldn't be so bad if it was only 1 mug, but all three have done it in less than a year.
