Best mug I’ve ever used

This mug keeps my coffee hot until it’s almost empty. The customer service is great also. I had a slight problem with my mug. I contacted customer service and within thirty minutes I got an email telling me that my order had already been processed. Within two hours I received another message that it had been shipped.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Based purely on replacement parts

Can't find a simple replacement gasket anywhere. Should post the product and then a way to use break down of all separate parts.

Leaks. Since Day 2. Always. Leaking.

I like this mug. It keeps hot things hot, and cold things cold. My issue is that it leaks. It leaks where the lid and body attach, sometimes out of the back of the mechanism to open it. I literally rubber band a paper towel around the outside because it will leak and get coffee everywhere.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great until the seal falls out

When preheated keeps my coffee warm well past noon. Unfortunately the lid seal fell out, I didn’t notice until hot coffee dribbled all down my blouse. Now I cannot find a replacement seal or lid.

but do not like this lid. I have two of them. When shaken they both leak out of the drink hole. The drink I put in them needs to be shaken but not vigorously. I am very dissappointed in the design.

I really love my Byron contigo mug, It keeps my coffee hot for hours. Unfortunately the seal inside of the lid is bad. It comes off and breaks. I have purchased 2 of these mugs for my wife and myself and have had issues with both.

leaking lid

My byron snapseal 20 oz coffee mug starting leaking everytime it lays on it's side. Like in my lunch box. Causes a problem. I have owned many contigo mugs and currently have 5 and none has ever leaked. Not once. It didn't leak for the first couple of months now I make sure it is standing up at all times. Have to find a model that doesn't leak.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
