Lid broke, otherwise great

I had the same experience w the o-ring on the lid as other reviewers mentioned. It lasted about 2-3 months before coming loose and now coffee leaks out the side when drinking, so it’s basically useless since no one would drink out of a mug that spills all over. It’s also hard to pop the top mechanism that opens the mug (def could not do it with one hand while driving for example), which was not ideal even before it broke. It is great for keeping beverages hot or cold.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stays hot or cold, no leaks!

Love the performance of the Byron tumblers with the SnapSeal lids. Unlike some of the other users in the reviews, the snap seal works great and does not leak if you knock it over, unlike the Yeti tumblers. Most people will really like this tumbler, I own 4 of them!

Same Story....Seal Pops Out

This is my second or maybe third Contigo mug.....I guess I thought I just had a bad one. The rubber seal popped out AGAIN, coffee leaking everywhere. Don't think I'll be purchasing this brand again. Now that I'm reading the reviews, its obvious that there's a serious flaw/defect in the seal that leaves the mug useless. It's only a matter of time (months) before this happens. Very disappointing.

leaks

I have only had this mug since Christmas 2019. Less than one year. Today is not the first time it has leaked. The seal inside has stretched which allows the coffee to seep out. I try to remember when I wash it to push the seal back in. Must have forgot because today I have a major leak and the seal is too stretched to go back in place. So it goes in the trash!!
