Lid seal doesn’t last

I bought 1 20oz and 2 16oz mugs. I loved them but! 2 of the lid seals are no good. Only had these mugs about 2 months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

stays hot and never spills even outside in winter

This keeps soup or coffee hot for hours and doesn't spill even on an outdoor forklift. That is why I need another, so I can have one at home, because someone keeps borrowing mine for work.

The seals keep stretching out or coming loose

The mugs do as the say. They keep your drink warm/cold. However, I have purchased 2 in the last 2 months and the seals come loose, the lids leak , and I end up with coffee stains on my clothes. The exact same mugs Purchased in the past did not have this problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not very hot

I have had a 20 oz contigo travel mug for a couple of years. For the past month, I have been filling up my mug with hot coffee at 5 AM, by 7:30 or so the coffee is luke warm and by 8:30 the coffee is cold. I use to keep the coffee semi hot for the advertised 7 hours but not now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Mug I've ever owned.

You will not be disappointed. I take it to work with me every day. I can rush out of the house with it an never worry about is spilling. It keeps my cold drinks cold all morning (or afternoon) and my hot drinks hot (don't forget to vent periodically). Love it, love it, love it. You won't be disappointed.

Works great until you drop it

Worked great.kept my coffee plenty hot for quite awhile. I chose a Stainless Steal mug just for the durability. However the top broke the very first time I dropped it.
As you can see from my photos, it is so new that you can still read the barcode.

AND Contigo does not sell replacement tops.

The top leaks. I try to screw it tight but for some reason it leaks from the screw joint

Love these but I need new gaskets!!!

I have 5 of these snapseal mugs. My husband and I use them daily and we hand wash (don't own a dishwasher) but the seals are gone on 3. How do I get new lids and/or gaskets??? I don't want to keep throwing cups away. Please help!
