Almost perfect

This mug is almost perfect, the first time I used it I almost went out to buy 4 more. My biggest complaint is that after the second wash, I unknowingly lost the rubber stopper and almost burn my nuts off when my coffee spilled onto my lap at the freeway entrance
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great thermosmugg

We own six of these thermosmuggs. We fill our coffee cups from it.
We had problems we a couple after a year's had use. Contigo replaced the thermosmugg, no questions asked.
They all must by hand washed to protect finish and gaskets.
We are happy customers!

Terrible for leaks

I was looking forward to this product. However it leaks when I walk with it. I have two car seats stained with coffee because it leaked. Highly disappointed and I’m usually always happy with my Contigo products. I’m throwing this out !

Love it but wont seal

I love my cup but it doesnt seal at time. I no I have had t o re incert the gasket at the top of the cup and it still leaks.. Ugh. Not sure what to do at this point.

It was great

The mug was great it kept the temperature I needed for my drinks. It was leak proof but not its leaking like crazy and it's been less than 3 months . The rubber in the lid doesn't fit and it's twisted

Close to being perfect

I bought the 24oz snapdeal travel mug a few years ago. Unfortunately, it's been leaking since day one. Discovered this on a 2hr road trip. Mug was sitting on the floor and tipped over at some point. When I grabbed it to take a sip, the floor mat was soaked. I later learned that the top will leak even if you shake the mug too much. It leaks around the threads of the top, not the spout; that leads me to believe that the gasket is inadequate. I love this mug b/c coffee stays piping hot for at least three hours, and still hotter than warm 5hrs later! This mug would be better than Yeti if it didn't leak.
Unfortunately, I can't even order a replacement gasket or top!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's like having a personal coffee pot

I have had some issues as others with the small spout burning my lips. I just pour hot liquids in a separate cup. Because of the thermal qualities, I never have to reheat my coffee. Because of the 20 oz capacity, it's like having 2 hot grandes.
I would recommend this to a friend!
