It is ok , it doesn’t live up to its reviews most time , it holds ice about 4 hours , heat about 3 . It is an ok product, on the up side it looks great ! The price is really inexpensive, I use mine for travel , if I lose it , it won’t break my heart !

You would have to go out of your way to spill anything out of this cup. Good size- fits in cup holders and coffee makers. Expensive but worth it

Content does not stay warm

It is barely better than putting it into a mug. The content does not stay warm for more than an hour or so. I have bought 2 of these and have been showing up to work with cold coffee. I had a previous contigo travel mug, a different but similar model, that is working well despite buying it years prior.

This has ruined my day for the last time.

This cannot survive a less than two foot drop without the lid blowing off and making a horrible mess to clean up while at work. If it cannot withstand that small of a drop without a major failure, it should not be advertised as "Leak Proof" What a waste.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wanna love it, but..

I love my Contigo mug. I really do. I've never had a mug keep coffee hot for so long!
And spillproof is wonderful.
However, It isn't entirely spill proof.
The seal, the o-ring, often gets out of whack and suddenly.
. Leaking!
First time it soaked my backpack.
I've learned to check now.
So, I do love my mug. I just need one that really doesn't leak... ever.
