I bought this one and not happy about it. It was licking because where I get the the sip from is going all over my lips and jaw. I believe the other models of this brand are much better than the one I got. Contigo Snapseal Byron 20Oz

Great out of the gate not much for staimina

Quality product initially, but not willing to stand by them long term. need to back them up with replacement lids or have a seals kit the can be purchased to replace asthe rubber tip on the snap seal deteriorates and the rings can tear easily when cleaning. seems like a no brainer to me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Keeps my coffee hot for hours and hours. I can’t complain. When I want to drink my coffee a little cooler I just take the lid off for a while

It's good at keeping drinks cold or hot. However it's so hard to clean. There's a silicon nub piece that's part of the lid and it constantly smells like mildew.

I bought this because it said it would stay cold for 21 hours and it Doesn't!!! Very disappointed!

I have owned 2 Snapseal travel mugs,1-24 oz, 1-20 oz for 4 years. Over time hot beverages do not stay "piping" hot for 5 hours, however cold beverages (with ice) do remain cold longer. There are issues with the lids the seals stretch and cause considerable leakage. As long as you retain the original receipt their lifetime warranty is excellent. I called the retailer and after 4 years they will exchange or provide a full refund. Well worth the investment.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Where can I get another O-ring for my mug?

I like how my Contigo mug keeps my coffee and tea hot. Also, I like that it doesn’t leak. However, the O-ring in the snap lid is missing which causes the mug to leak. I am hoping that you can send another O-ring or that you can tell me who sells food grade O-rings so that I can still use the mug. I hate to think that I have to throw the mug and lid away because of a missing O-ring. I have recommended these mugs to others and have purchased them as gifts. I would like to keep doing so, but that depend on whether I can replace the missing O-ring. The picture I am sending has an O-ring in the lid which is the same size as the lid with the missing O-ring. Thank you for any assistance you can give me with this matter.
