Not enough insulation!

I had 2 of the 20oz travel mugs, and loved them - I could leave them out, no lid, with ice and tea all night, and they would retain most of the ice until the next morning. I have since bought the Byron 24 oz cup, and the insulation is terrible! Left uncovered in the refrigerator, with ice and tea, it loses almost all the ice (and this is in the fridge all night!). In other words, it loses more in the fridge than my 20oz lost sitting out at room temp! I am SO disappointed! The snap lid and all the rest of the cup is great, but it really doesn't hold the temp well at all, hot or cold. Am I doing something wrong? Please advise...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Seals???

I bought 4 mugs I loved so much but haven’t been able ( over 2 years now) able to get replacement gasket/ seal so they leak like sieve and are unusable. Other than that they are awesome … but when the seal breaks they are useless …. Basically dust collectors with the rest of the junk bottles

Didn't Last Long

I've purchased Contigo in the past and still have them to this day.
Unfortunately, the new models suck. I purchased 2 new mugs and they lasted a couple of months before they stopped keeping anything warm let alone hot.
The only saving grace is the warranty and the great customer service.
I've got 2 more replacement mugs coming in the mail within 17 days so, fingers crossed.

I love my Contigo so much that I am now on my 2nd green one! You can use it for cold or hot beverages. I have used mine for both & it works great either way. My first one lasted for years. I definitely got my money's worth out of it. I recommend Contigo!

This is my #1 emotional support water bottle

I am on the constant search for that perfect water bottle.... and stopped searching last year when I found this bottle. I have a collection of water bottles and this one hits all the marks of aspects that I am looking for in a water bottle....
- The Size is perfect that I can easily throw it into my purse, carry effortlessly, and it fits in my car cup holder.
-The 24oz is perfect size for qty of liquid. As a Dance Teacher in the evening I unable to keep stopping class to refill by water bottle between classes.
-This keeps your drink at the intended temperature for more time than you will need it to be. As a nurse during the day, I need to quickly access my bottle for hydration and I'm delighted as I sip late in the afternoon and its still cold from the morning when I filled it up.
-I left/lost this bottle and I knew I needed to repurchase this same bottle or I wouldn't be happy.

Great tumbler

Love the mechanism on this! I used to toss it in my bag and bike to class and it wouldn't spill a drop. Coffee also stayed very hot in it

Leaks!!!

I loved my first cup so much I got 2 more plus sippy cups for my grand kids. Now the lid on the second cup I bought leaks. It leaked all over my work bag and paper work. Is there any way to replace the lids?

Best coffee tumbler

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hands down I use this over my 20 other tumblers. This tumbler by Contigo is designed so nicely and keeps my coffee hot for hours as I sip on it throughout the day. Contigo is a brand I highly trust and recommend. All their products always prove their quality. I going to be getting my coworkers one for the holiday this year
